Privacy

Privacy, in plain language.

What the Nezevo website collects, why we ask for it, and the choices you have after sharing your details.

About this notice

This notice explains how Nezevo handles personal information through our public website, not future product accounts or customer device data. For privacy questions or requests, email us using the address below.

02

Waitlist

Joining is voluntary. With your consent, we use your email for Nezevo product and launch updates, including a welcome email. Our database holds your email, signup source, consent and subscription records. Our email provider holds your email and subscription status to send updates.

Unsubscribe at any time through an email’s unsubscribe link or by contacting us. This stops updates but does not automatically delete your record. We retain opt-outs to avoid contacting you again; signing up again does not override them. Contact us to request removal.

03

Contact

We collect your name, email, selected role and optional message to understand and respond to your enquiry. Our email provider delivers it to our contact mailbox, with your email as the reply-to address. Messages are kept in that mailbox, not our website database.

Sending a message does not join the waitlist or subscribe you to marketing.

04

Product research

We collect device types, approximate device count, support processes, optional incident details and an optional follow-up email to understand your workflows and problems and help shape Nezevo. Our email provider delivers responses to our research mailbox; answers are not stored in our website database.

If you include an email, it stays with your answers and we may contact you about your feedback. You can leave it blank, but answers may still identify you or your organisation. A waitlist email may be prefilled during the same visit; you can remove it.

Taking part does not subscribe you to marketing. Please leave out passwords, access tokens, customer details and confidential information.

05

Analytics, session replay and browser storage

With your permission, we measure visits, navigation, form starts/submissions and page performance. Our analytics provider receives pseudonymous visitor/session identifiers, timestamps, page/referrer information, browser, operating system, device/screen information and your connection’s IP address. Submitted names, emails, messages and research answers are excluded from analytics events.

With permission, session replay may record page layout, pointer movement, scrolling and navigation when enabled, to help us understand usability problems. Inputs are masked and whole forms and selection lists are excluded. Console logs and network message bodies/headers are not recorded.

Analytics and replay use cookies and browser storage and start only after you allow them. Declining leaves all forms and pages available. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page to change your choices. Analytics can run with replay off; replay requires analytics. Turning analytics off stops both. This stops future browser capture without deleting previously collected data.

We save your analytics choice and chosen theme in browser storage, but not form contents. Separately, limited server logs record successful submission types without form contents, and hashed connection information is stored briefly for spam prevention. These operate independently of optional analytics.

06

Service providers

We use email delivery and mailbox providers for messages and updates, database storage providers for waitlist and spam-protection records, analytics/session replay providers for the information above, and website hosting/delivery providers for site requests and submissions.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Contact us for information about where your data is handled.

07

How long information is kept

We aim to keep information only while needed for these purposes or applicable legal/security requirements. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion period for waitlist records or contact/research emails. Subscription and opt-out history is retained to manage updates and honour your choices. You can request review or deletion where applicable.

Spam-protection records expire after short windows and are cleared on later requests. Retention for provider email records, mailboxes, analytics and recordings still needs to be set and reviewed.

08

Your rights and policy changes

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable under UK data-protection law. You can object to marketing and withdraw consent to waitlist updates or analytics at any time. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.

Email us to exercise your rights; we may need enough information to locate your record and verify your identity. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

We will update this notice when our data handling changes and show the latest update date.
